We were greeted with a friendly welcome at check-in, and I loved being just a short, 1.5 km stroll from North Riverfront Park, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoors during our stay. The room was tidy and comfortable, perfect for a single traveler gearing up for exciting weekend walks through the city, but the hotel could use some freshening up in certain areas.

This was just a suitable option for a short break in West Springfield with great value for the money. The staff were awesome and made us feel very comfortable during a tough time. Consider requesting extra housekeeping if needed.
